Salesforce plugin

We’re proud to announce our integration of CCV Online Payments with Salesforce, enhancing payment processing and data management capabilities for our partners.

Key features are:

  • Effortless Payment Processing: Seamlessly process payment through Salesforce Commerce Cloud using CCV’s secure gateway.
  • Automated Data updates: Customer data and transaction records are automatically updated in Salesforce.
  • Real-time insights: Access payment data and analytics directly within Salesforce for informed decision-making
  • Flexible payment Methods: Support all payment methods relevant for your market, such as Apple Pay, Klarna and much more.
  • Refund Capabilities: Manage refunds and returns effortlessly.

This integration streamlines payment processes and data management. To leverage this integration, use Salesforce Commerce Cloud. While CCV supports various versions, we recommend the latest PWA version (Progressive Web App, a technology for headless commerce using Salesforce Commerce APIs) for optimal performance.

Enhanced API documentation

Significant improvements were made to our API documentation tailored for our integrators.

  • Centralized Location: We’ve consolidated our API documentation into a single, central location: Single Payment API. This move aligns with our strategic goal to streamline documentation for a Single Payment API. Now, the same platform hosts the API documentation for other solutions, such as SoftPOS and the Cloud Connect Terminal, ensuring a cohesive experience.
  • Structural Improvements: With this migration, we’ve revamped the structure of our API documentation. The content is now more logically organized, resulting in an intuitive and easy-to-follow layout. This enhancement ensures that developers and integrators can access and understand the information they need more efficiently than ever before.

We believe these changes will facilitate smoother integrations and provide our partners with a more straightforward experience when working with our APIs.
